Please read these points before you register and pay.

Weather and events outside our control
If the hike cannot go ahead because of weather, a natural disaster or any other event outside our control, the fee is not refundable.
You cannot join for personal reasons
If you cannot join for personal reasons, the fee is not refundable. This applies even if you tell us in advance.
Your place cannot be transferred
If you cannot join for personal reasons, your place cannot be passed to someone else. The Forestry Department issues hiking permits against each person IC or passport number and name, and once a permit is approved the name list cannot be changed.
The group does not fill up
If not enough people register and the trip cannot go ahead, your fee is refunded in full.
